Shipping Information

Subject to availability, products are delivered within two working days (for orders placed by 6:00 PM at the latest) to the address provided by the customer. Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and is carried out by Swiss Post (Post CH AG).

The following shipping rates apply:

1 – 4 TÖFF cans     = CHF 5.–
5 – 9 TÖFF cans     = CHF 9.–
10+ TÖFF cans      = Free shipping

Returns Policy

In online retail, customers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without giving reasons and to return the goods. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to snus, as these products are perishable goods with a limited shelf life.

If you are not satisfied with a product or there is an issue with the quality, you can contact us by email at info@toeff-snus.ch. Your case will be handled individually by our customer service team, and we will work to find a solution that works for both parties.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, for technical reasons you are unable to change or cancel your order yourself. If you made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible by email at info@toeff-snus.ch. The order can only be changed or cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
