1. Scope

These Subscription Terms (also referred to as "Subscription") apply to the subscription function implemented on the website www.töff-snus.ch. The website is operated by LaichWerk GmbH, 9030 Abtwil, Switzerland.

LaichWerk GmbH reserves the right to amend these Subscription Terms at any time. The Subscription Terms in force at the time of your subscription order shall apply. It is your responsibility to regularly review the content of these Subscription Terms.
 

2. General Conditions of Participation

Participation is exclusively reserved for tobacco and/or nicotine consumers aged 18 and over who are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and have registered on www.töff-snus.ch. The specified delivery address must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

For subscriptions on the website, only TWINT or credit card payment is accepted.

Users who have created an account on www.töff-snus.ch and have met the eligibility requirements (in particular regarding age verification) may participate in the subscription programme after having read and accepted these Subscription Terms.
 

3. Products

The subscription programme covers all TÖFF products offered on www.töff-snus.ch under the TÖFF Subscription section.
 

4. Conclusion of Contract

A binding subscription order is only placed once you have entered all required data, selected one of the available subscription models (Easy Ride, Sprint, Nitro Boost), chosen your products or product combinations, selected the start date for your subscription, accepted these Subscription Terms and completed the checkout process. Once you have submitted your order, it constitutes your offer to us to enter into a contract.

You will then receive a confirmation email with all details. Your subscription fee will be charged automatically on a monthly basis according to your chosen subscription model via your selected payment method (e.g. credit card). The selected products will then be delivered to the address specified in your subscription.
 

5. Availability and Delivery

Should ordered products be unavailable, LaichWerk GmbH may not be able to fulfil your order in full. LaichWerk GmbH therefore reserves the right in such a case to either cancel your order or make only a partial delivery. LaichWerk GmbH will notify you accordingly in such a case.

Orders confirmed by LaichWerk GmbH will be delivered to the address specified in your subscription. If you are not present at the specified address at the time of delivery, the parcel will, where possible, be placed in your letterbox. Should delivery not be successful on the specified date, you will receive a notification in your letterbox with instructions on how and where to collect your parcel. LaichWerk GmbH is entitled to dispose freely of parcels that have not been collected from the post office and have therefore been returned.

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Orders are generally dispatched within one to two working days after the order is placed, provided the order is submitted Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday morning are generally delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are generally delivered on Wednesday.

Shipping costs, delivery times and dispatch times: For the subscription programme, we offer reduced shipping fees for delivery within Switzerland. LaichWerk GmbH does not offer express delivery.

LaichWerk GmbH reserves the right to change the prices stated above at any time.

Delivery and dispatch times are non-binding and may vary accordingly. No compensation will be provided in the event of delivery delays. No deliveries are made on Sundays or national and cantonal public holidays. Any liability regarding delivery times is excluded.
 

6. Payment

For the subscription programme, you may pay by TWINT or credit card. Your account will be charged monthly on the date you selected for your monthly subscription.

We use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) or other certified encryption technologies and systems to ensure that your personal data is secure at the time of the transaction.

Please note that when paying by credit card, additional costs and fees may apply depending on the credit card agreement between you and the card issuer. LaichWerk GmbH accepts no liability in relation to the application of third-party terms and conditions.

In the event of non-payment or insufficient credit card funds, LaichWerk GmbH reserves the right to exclude you from future use of and access to the subscription programme and to delete your user account.
 

7. Modifying Your Subscription

The number of product doses per subscription model cannot be changed. The number of product doses per subscription model is fixed.

You may change the products selected within your subscription at any time – up until the date on which your monthly order is automatically placed. If you change your product selection after this date, your change can only be taken into account for the following monthly order.

Warranty, liability, presentation of products on the website, damage in transit and theft of products are governed by the relevant provisions of our Shipping and Returns Information. The relevant provisions form part of these Subscription Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the user, which must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
 

12. Amendments and Updates

LaichWerk GmbH reserves the right to modify, adapt or revise the provisions of these Subscription Terms. If you continue to make purchases via the subscription programme after changes have been made to our most recently updated Subscription Terms, this will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.
